My name is Jason Parmley I am a fourth generation native of Colorado and have a lovely wife and 2 beautiful daughters. I have been in the Audio, video, telecommunications and video surveillance industry for 20 years. I started the company because I have high standards for the services and customer service that we provide.
I did not feel that I was allowed to do a job to my satisfaction working for the large big box company’s. I take great pride in my work and the satisfaction of every customer and make sure all of our technicians do the same.
It is very important to me that when we leave your home or business, you have received a great service at a great price and you will tell your friends and family about the good experience you had with Next Step.
I believe that the acceptable standards and customer service of most companies are not good enough for my business practices. So I took the next step in my dreams and made it a reality, for my family and yours.
I’ve been around computers and wiring my whole life. Since I was a young lad, my passion has been to fix networks, build computers, and just have fun while doing so. I’ve worked management and always loved pleasing the customers, which is part of why we created Next Step Communications – to please the customers.
