As an experienced professional of 30 years in telecommunications my focus has alway been on safety and customer satisfaction. My time in telecommunications has put me in many varying roles. These include installation, both residential and commercial, outside plant construction, design and engineering of coaxial (cable), twisted pair (telephone service) and fiber optics. I have held positions of Project Manager, Commercial Broadband Sales Manager and Manager of Outside Plant Operations. I have experience in the architecture of commercial telephony services including Hosted PBX, PRE and SIP Trunks. I feel very fortunate to have landed here at Next Step and to work with some very talented individuals. I moved to Colorado in 2009 from Wisconsin and absolutely love this state! I enjoy motorcycling which I have been doing for many years. I also have a very deep interest in the martial arts and have been actively involved in Okinawan martial arts for over 24 years.
